At Zurchers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unused, then include your printed return authorization form.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
